About Ferox Advisors

Ferox Advisors is a hedge fund established in late 2013 specializing in exchange traded derivatives. Developing our proprietary trading systems in-house, we made breakthroughs in different branches of asset management such as algorithmic scalping, event driven trading, volatility arbitrage, and options market making, and have expanded into crypto currency trading since 2017.

Ferox Advisors Ltd is a private company and will always remain as such. There will be no public offering in the traditional sense of the term. Having noted interest from various sources into becoming shareholders to participate in all our future cash flows, we decided to launch a token generation event, so that investors can both benefit from FRX as a utility token while also getting entitled to pro-rata profit share from all company activities.

Vision

In asset management we started out striving to maintain an annual return on Equity net of everything of a minimum 30%,
with further upside potential on free gamma. We have comfortably surpassed this initial target trading both options
and crypto derivatives since 2017.

On Bitmex we have doubled our proprietary capital in less than 6 months of trading in 2019. We have achieved similar
benchmark defeating results with tech stock options in 2020. Having finetuned and improved upon our signature derivatives strategies, now we would like to offer even better return profiles to external investors.

Removing fund structures, banks and custodians from the equation and giving an opportunity to the investor to directly
own shares of a decentralized hedge fund with 0 management or bureaucratic fees, while also maintaining their privacy, are among the fundamental principles that
conceived FRX token.

Utility

Beyond participating in the tokenized shares of a hedge fund, FRX will be the cryptocurrency of choice to make price action bets directly from the Ferox Advisors website. These bets will be a dynamic version of prediction markets (or adjusted
spread betting), users will be able to make daily bets on the up or down direction of prices of major crypto currencies and
commodities like gold, silver, crude oil, and participate in payout structures guaranteed by smart contracts via the FRX
token.

Profits from prediction markets will also accrue to FRX token holders on a monthly basis.

In addition, FRX token will have standard DeFi features of yield farming and liquidity mining, additional FRX and TRX dividends will be paid on users who stake FRX and FRX pairs via our DAPP with their Tron based wallets.

Smart Contract & Tokenomics

1. Initial Supply and Valuation

There will be a max supply of 700,000,000 FRX tokens ever. At the first exchange launch (IEO or IDO) 1 FRX will equal 1 TRX,

and only 8.6% of the token supply will be used for Seed Round Presales and IDO allocations, therefore creating a very

natural demand for FRX once it hits the free markets.

Even at its inception when Ferox Advisors received its first private funding back in 2015, the company was valued at 5

million USD, so taking an average FRX presale value of 0.03 USD, the discounted initial token offering with multiple bonus

tiers on the seed round capped at 750,000 USD will be at a great advantage to early investors.

After listing FRX on a few reliable exchanges and / or DEX’s, there will be an option to buy directly from the website equivalent to a weighted average of the market price or initial quoted price of 1 TRX, whichever one is greater.

2. Emission and Allocations

The circulating supply for the year 2021 will be capped at 200 million FRX tokens. The tradable supply for end of 2022 will
be capped at 400 million FRX, and the remaining 300 million FRX will be reserved for project development, AMM liquidity,
vested dividends and prediction markets.

Of all the proceeds driven from direct FRX sales, 60% will always go into the proprietary trading account of Ferox
Advisors, whose profits will be distributed pro rata to all token holders who stake FRX on a quarterly basis.

9% of all FRX will be reserved to pay developers, 5% for special events, bounties and promotions, and 25% as dividends and rewards to token holders. Please see exhibit 1 for the full Tokenomics pie chart.

If at any point, through whatever reason (direct sales, promotions, etc.), the circulating supply in the market
exceeds the proposed amounts, Ferox Advisors will buy back the FRX shares from the market to keep the free float within
the proposed limits.

After the initial promotional token sale period, there won’t be any discounted offers of FRX ever, and the purchase price
from the website of any future FRX tokens will be at least 1TRX or equivalent to aggregate market price of FRX, whichever value is greater. With these stipulations secured by smart contract clauses, we
are confident that the FRX will offer tremendous market value appreciation as the project unfolds and Ferox Advisors’
industry leading asset management methodologies come into play.

3. Smart Contract Details

FRX is a TRC20 contract, Tron Network is selected as our primary platform of choice because of its speed and efficiency. Also instrumental in our decision was the
convenience to integrate multiple wallets directly to Tron Blockchain as evidenced from the success of multiple e-gaming ventures, which offer similar betting mechanisms to spreads and prediction markets, which we aim to utilize via
DAPP’s on our website.

Directly betting on price of BTC, ETH and various other commodities will have better odds when users pick FRX instead of TRX to bet with, the payout structure will depend
on peer to peer distribution of all aggregate bets made on that underlying for the given time frame.
